he Applied College in Balqarn, Bisha University, in cooperation with the Sabt Al-Alaya General Hospital, which belongs to the Aseer Health Cluster, organized an awareness meeting on the occasion of World Diabetes Day. The event was held on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at 10:00 AM, in the college lobby. The meeting was attended by several doctors from Sabt Al-Alaya General Hospital, along with students and faculty members of the college. The meeting aimed to raise awareness among students, faculty members, and the community about the importance of preventing diabetes, introducing its causes, prevention methods, and ways to manage it, while emphasizing the significance of early screening, adopting a healthy lifestyle, and regular physical activity.
