Established in 1435 AH, the college was founded to advance engineering education and scientific research, playing a vital role in achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030. Our college hosts a diverse range of specialized departments, including Industrial, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, and Architectural Engineering.
​Despite its recent establishment, the college has achieved prestigious milestones, thanks to the unwavering support of our prudent government. ​The College of Engineering receives a delegation from Gold and Minerals Company Limited to discuss  ​ ways to enhance joint cooperation Within the framework of enhancing cooperation and partnership between Bisha University and the private sector: The College of Engineering received a delegation from Gold and Minerals Company Limited headed by the company's CEO, Mr. John Webster, where ways of joint cooperation were discussed in the fields of academic programs, research, innovation and student training. His Excellency the Dean of the College, Dr. Khalid bin Ayed Al-Harthi, stressed during his meeting with the company's delegation. The importance of cooperation to support the academic and professional career of the college's students, while Mr. John Webster stressed the company's keenness to build strong partnerships with Saudi universities. In a way that serves the development of the academic and industrial sectors in the Kingdom. 
The visit witnessed a tour by the delegation in the college's facilities, during which introductory presentations were given about the college's activities, its areas of specialization, the academic programs it provides and the efforts made to qualify students according to the requirements of the labor market, and a review of the aspects of research cooperation between the college and the industrial sectors and future aspirations to develop this cooperation in addition to field training programs that aim to hone students' experiences through practical training in prestigious companies and institutions such as Gold and Minerals Company Limited. The visit also included an interactive session between the company delegation and a group of students, during which the students’ experiences and available training and employment opportunities were discussed. This was followed by a dialogue session between the college administration and the company delegation, which discussed opportunities for cooperation in the field of scientific research and field training, in addition to examining the possibility of creating new academic programs in mining engineering to meet the needs of the local market. The possibility of signing future partnership agreements to enhance fruitful cooperation between the two parties was also discussed.
