Former Head of the Psychology Department.
Has experience in university teaching, supervision, and thesis discussions at various universities and has participated in numerous conferences both within the Kingdom and abroad.
Served as a member and chairman of several scientific and permanent committees at the department, college, and university levels.
Contributed to the development and evaluation of academic programs in Teachers' Colleges, King Khalid University, and Bisha University, as well as reviewing scientific research for various educational and scientific journals.
Has published dozens of research papers in areas such as guidance programs, psychological security, youth chaos and domestic violence and ways to address them, developing positive dialogue skills and enhancing intellectual security, positive personality traits, and crisis management skills (with COVID-19 as a case study).
Received the Research Excellence Award in the Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Award for Culture and Science in the UAE in 2010.
Awarded the Academic Excellence Award in University Teaching at the College of Education, Bisha University, in 2017.
