During his doctoral studies, he was mentored by prominent scholars in the field, including Professor Rita Richey, Professor Kaufman, and Professor Monica Tracey (a direct student of the renowned scholar Robert Gagné).
He holds several professional certifications in the field, making him a distinguished choice to serve as a teaching assistant for various undergraduate and graduate courses at the American university.
He has held several administrative leadership positions at the university, most recently serving as the Vice Dean of the Deanship of Human Resources and later as Acting Dean of the Deanship of E-Learning.
His research interests focus on innovation, creative thinking, performance development, and emerging technologies. He has published nine research papers, including five on the applications of artificial intelligence in education.
