He is currently the Dean of the College of Education and Human Development for Educational Affairs. He previously worked as the Dean of Development and Quality at the University, and Director of the University's First Strategic Plan Project 2022. He also worked as an Assistant to the Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, an Advisor to the Vice President for Educational Affairs, and an Advisor to the Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research. He was a member of the University Council, and a supervisor of academic accreditation programs at the university. He was also a supervisor of measurement and evaluation centers, leadership preparation, university development, quality assurance and accreditation, a member of the Municipal Council, and a leader of Ijawid 2 in Bisha Governorate. He previously worked as Director of Planning and Development, Comprehensive Quality, and Educational Training in Bisha Education.
