​In the presence of His Excellency the University Vice President for Educational Affairs, Dr. Mishari bin Marzouq Al-Osaimi, the University of Bisha, represented by the College of Medicine, and in cooperation with the Saudi Society for Breast and Endocrine Surgery, held two workshops accredited by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, over two days of 12 hours of continuing medical education. . The two workshops aimed to teach medical students and doctors surgical practice in a highly professional manner, to achieve patient and doctor safety in caring for wounds and injuries, and how to perform surgical sutures. It is worth noting that the two workshops were attended by many college students, doctors, and faculty members, and this comes within the college’s programs and activities to develop students’ skills and link practical material to medical cases.
