1- Developing a general strategy for management to avoid any negative present or future of the university's own resources.

2- Managing the university's income generated from investments and paid programs.

3- Working through the vision of the Kingdom 2030 by finding sources of income for the university in accordance with the laws and regulations.

4- Providing time and opportunity for the first parties such as the Deanship of Community Service and Continuing Education, and the Research and Consulting Institute to focus their efforts on developing new programs and centers of excellence and coordinating their service.

5- Legalizing, organizing and following up the financial affairs of all self-financing programs, and systematically coordinating their work.
