Students’ Affairs Unit

Tasks

  • To receive admissions of qualified candidates then reviewing and processing their data per college department.
  • To announce the following timed events: admission, registration, transferring to or from other higher education institutions and dropping a course or a semester.
  • To issue and deliver university ID cards to accepted students.
  • To issue and approve valid reports and documents for official use by government agencies.
  • To provide guidance regarding students’ enquiries.
  • To respond to any documents received from government agencies.
  • To co-operate with the committees of students’ activity and to meet any financial obligations.
  • To approve and deliver graduation certificates and their copies.
  • To fulfill any additional duties given by the dean of the college.
