Students’ Affairs Unit
Tasks
- To receive admissions of qualified candidates then reviewing and processing their data per college department.
- To announce the following timed events: admission, registration, transferring to or from other higher education institutions and dropping a course or a semester.
- To issue and deliver university ID cards to accepted students.
- To issue and approve valid reports and documents for official use by government agencies.
- To provide guidance regarding students’ enquiries.
- To respond to any documents received from government agencies.
- To co-operate with the committees of students’ activity and to meet any financial obligations.
- To approve and deliver graduation certificates and their copies.
- To fulfill any additional duties given by the dean of the college.
