- Verify the preparation of highly qualified scientific and professional competencies in various fields of knowledge.
- Developing graduate studies programs to keep pace with the accelerating scientific and technical progress, pushing them for creativity and innovation, developing research and directing it to address community issues and achieve comprehensive national development plans, in line with the “Economic Transformation Program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia” project, which aims to increase citizen's welfare and double the capabilities of the national economy in Its various aspects.
- Encouraging postgraduate programs to enrich human knowledge in all its branches through specialized studies and serious research to reach innovative scientific additions and uncover new facts.
- Strengthening the scientific research base at the university in coordination with the Deanship of Scientific Research in relation to graduate studies programs.
