How to prevent Firefox from leaking your data on the Internet
Mozilla is constantly developing its Firefox web browser and supporting it with many privacy features and tools to protect your data while browsing websites, as many companies and services track and record all your regular activities on the Internet such as: shopping, chatting, traveling, etc. This makes access to complete privacy virtually unattainable.

Firefox can protect you from the dangers of cryptominers; Your device is used to mine cryptocurrency without your knowledge, as well as prevent the leakage of your digital fingerprint, which uniquely identifies you based on your device, settings, and apps.

A digital footprint is a method that websites and advertisers use to identify you based on several factors, such as: the browsers you use, your device's operating system, the extensions you've installed, when you use your device, and your wireless network settings.

This small information can form a unique set of characteristics about you and your device that advertisers can use to identify your device and track you across the web without your permission.

Here's how to protect your privacy using Firefox's privacy and security settings:

You can check the version of Firefox you're working on by clicking the About Firefox option in your browser's settings menu.. Firefox 68 can protect you from websites that collect information about you without your consent with new content-blocking tools .
