In the name of Allah, the most merciful. Praise be to Allah, Who taught us knowledge, Who taught man what he wouldn’t have known without His mighty guidance. May prayers and peace be upon our prophet Mohammed who was sent to teach and guide all men. The kingdom of Saudi Arabia is fortunate to have a wise government that advocates the impotence of education and devotes all its potentials to enhance it through establishing well-developed academic institutions. These institutions have guarantee the success of the learning outcomes and scientific research which are two essential components in the process of achieving the economic development found in developed societies. Women, in particular, have received a special attention. Our insightful government has adopted an approach that supports women’s education and provides women with opportunities that will help in achieving rapid and sustainable growth in the development of the country on national levels. Under the directions of His Excellency the President of the university, the University of Bisha is giving continuous support and special attention to all women, as shown in the strategic plan, to improve the quality of female departments on academic and administrative levels. The university has always been keen to provide unlimited support to all women in the university and include their voices in the decision-making processes. This evidence the sincere temptation to increase the role of women in achieving high levels of success in the community. In continuation of these endeavors, The Deanship of Student Affairs in Girls’ Colleges has always been devoted ever since its beginning to put all efforts possible to fulfill the vison of the university which is to reach remarkable leadership excellence on international levels.
