The College of Science and Arts in Bisha - King Khalid University began with a decision from the Higher Education Council on 5/5/1428 AH, crowned by the Royal Approval No. 3030 / MB and the date 3/23/1428 AH. On the second of Jumada al-Akhira 1435 AH corresponding to April 3, 2014, the order of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, may God Almighty have mercy on him, was issued to establish Bisha University. The College of Science and Arts was restructured on 8/26/1438 AH by a decision of His Excellency the President of the University to make the College of Computers and Information Technology independent, with both boys and girls split, and include the following departments:
Department of Computer Science
Department of Information Systems
