1. Supervising and following up on the services, operation, maintenance, cleaning and cultivation of the facilities of the University of Bisha and its colleges in Bisha - Tathleeth - Balqarn - Al-Namas.

3. Supervising contracts for supplying desalinated water to all university facilities and buildings.
4. Supervising the elevator contract.
5. Supervising the central air conditioning contract.

7. Return transportation works.
8. Participate in preparing and arranging events.
9. Preparing periodic reports.
10. Preparing monthly summaries.
11. Submitting abstracts and approving completion certificates for contractors.
