  2. Follow-up and supervision regarding all projects, including studies, designs, and technical and financial analysis of bids.
  3. Study projects by applying the value engineering standard to them to achieve the elements of high quality and cost reduction for all stages of the project: (studies, designs, proposal, contracting, implementation, delivery).
  4. Updating and developing project designs to harmonize changing economic conditions and costs.
  5. Nominating and qualifying distinguished subcontractors to implement projects.
  6. Nominating and qualifying engineering offices and specialized expertise houses to supervise projects.
