1. Realizing the university’s vision in implementing e-learning systems.
2. Achieving continuous and qualitative quality in the college's e-learning.
3. Supervising and following up the progress of the training process for new students and students in the college.
4. Encouraging faculty members to participate in training courses.
5. Educating faculty members about the importance of activating e-learning in the college.
6. Laying down internal regulations, laws and plans for the department to improve the functioning of the unit.
7. Solving all obstacles that face teachers, male and female students, in the e-learning unit.
8. Activating the blended learning system.
9. Motivating male and female students to increase interaction with the blackboard system.​
