Objectives
Contributing to enabling the college to achieve its mission and goals by ensuring the provision of high-quality academic and educational services to male and female students, which contributes to facilitating the educational process.
Unit tasks:
• Addressing departments regarding the absence of students with acceptable excuses documented by official authorities approved by the university.
• Identifying students who are falling behind in school and advising them academically in coordination with the Student Guidance Committee in this matter and with the College Vice Dean for Educational Affairs.
• Submitting periodic reports to the Dean of the College on the progress of work in the affairs of male and female students.
• Studying requests for deletion, re-registration, closing the registration, and withdrawal and recommending what comes out of studying the request and submitting it to the concerned parties.
• Studying the problems of male and female students, proposing solutions to them, and coordinating this with the college dean for academic affairs.
• Coordinating everything that would increase the efficiency of work in student affairs with the college dean for academic affairs.
• Addressing all educational problems of male and female students.
