• Coordinating with college departments to prepare exam schedules
• Managing the quality of test questions
• Follow up on preparing the control and forming monitoring committees for the final tests.
• Develop an action plan to provide a sufficient number of observers for the final exams.
• Supervising the conduct of final exams.
• Coordinating with scientific departments regarding final exams for male and female students.
• Coordination with other units for the testing process.
• Regular meeting with members of the testing unit and heads of subcommittees to discuss the progress of testing work.
• Preparing observation schedules and supervising final exams for all students.
• Coordination with various parties within the college regarding final exams (Maintenance Department - Security and Safety)
• Providing the necessary supplies for testing, such as approved models.
• Distributing observers from members of the Central Committee to the examination halls of the departments and submitting daily reports.
• Preparing reports on the final results for approval by the Dean of the College.
• Participate in preparing the college’s annual report regarding semester and final exams.
• Providing proposals for tests that would improve the quality of the unit’s work.
