Tasks:

  • Entering the semester schedules into the academic system in a coordinated, organized manner in line with the interest and conditions of the students and the faculty capabilities.
  • The deletion and addition process at the beginning of each semester.
  • Coordinating the final exam schedules and distributing female observers and students to the halls to ensure the smooth and safe conduct of the final exams.
  • Providing the faculty deanship and department heads with the information, reports, statistics, and schedules related to female students and academic courses.
  • Receiving parents and reporting on the student’s academic level, attendance, and absence rate and following up on her academic career.
  • Announcing the dates for registration and the start of the academic year, the dates and conditions for deletion, addition and excuses for a course or semester, the requirements for internal and external transfer or attendant student, and conditions for transfer from one major to another.
  • Studying the conditions of female students, serving and guiding them through all their inquiries, and printing schedules and statements to other government departments.
  • Providing faculty members with all the necessary information and data that serve the educational process and academic interaction.
  • Carrying out any additional work assigned to the centre by the faculty administration.
